Pop-ups kind of scare me.

They never do what I hope they will do, and they tend to want to switch directions on me, mid-cut.

To prepare for a class centered around pop-ups last week, I figured I’d better practice a bit. What better way than to try a full floating alphabet?

I started off with a form I love…the exposed chain stitch.
